Program Information
The Anoka Technical College Health Technology certificate is a 26-credit program that provides students with skills to secure an entry-level position in the health care field (nursing assistant and home health aide) or allow students to engage in coursework that will transfer into the different health programs.

Background Study
Minnesota Law requires that any person who provides services that involve direct contact with patients and residents at a health care facility licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health have a background study conducted by the state.
