BHHS 1010 - Direct Service Professionalism

This course provides an overview of the rights and protections of persons with disabilities and prepares the student to work in the direct service setting. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, communication and conflict resolution, working with families as well as diversity, confidentiality and advocacy issues.
