SURG 1010 - Surgical Pharmacology

This course is designed to provide knowledge of various routes of drug administration, effects, and side effects. It will encompass a comprehensive knowledge of the many classifications of drugs. Also included will be instruction in the values for fluid and weight measures. Emphasis will be placed on legal and safety aspects of drug administration including a medication policy.
