QUAL 2420 - Continuous Improvement

Concepts of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment and how they affect the quality management systems will be covered in this course. Root cause analysis implementation through use of tools such as 5s, Operational Excellence, 7 Wastes, 5 Whys, Value Streaming, Fishbone diagrams, and other efficiency strategies will be explored.
