EMED 1500 - Operations/Trauma

This is an introductory course for the Paramedicine student reflective of the current National EMS Education Standards. This course will enable the student to advance their knowledge base from the EMT-B education to the advanced role of the paramedic in topics such as medical-legal issues, roles and responsibilities, communication, personal wellness and the etiology of trauma.
