AUTO 2164 - Chassis Electrical Systems

This course emphasizes the description, operation, diagnosis, and service procedures related to chassis electrical systems. This includes vehicle lighting, instrumentation, windshield wipers and washers, power door locks, windows, and mirrors as well as passive restraint systems. Major vehicle accessories and body control module integration and operation will also be covered. Finally, electrical circuit repairs and the understanding and interpreting of electrical system service information and schematics will be addressed.
