This course is designed as the culmination of the students’ educational experience. This capstone project synthesizes the knowledge and skills acquired across the program-from direct service professionalism and capacity building, to communication, supportive interventions, social service projects, and positive behavior facilitation. Students demonstrate readiness for employment as Behavioral Health Workers, Direct Support Professionals, Designated Coordinators, and entry-level Human Services Professionals.
