EMED 1501 - Operations and Trauma

This is an introductory course for Paramedicine students that reflects the current National EMS Education Standards. This course will enable the student to advance their knowledge base from the Emergency Medical Technician basic level of education to the advanced role of the Paramedic in topics such as medical-legal issues, roles and responsibilities, communication, personal wellness, and the etiology of trauma.
