HITM 1325 - Quality and Performance Improvement

This course focuses on the theory, practice and management of performance and quality improvement processes in healthcare organizations. Topics include: performance improvement activities and tools; customer satisfaction; case management; infectious disease control; risk management; quality and safety of patient care; human resources; analysis of performance improvement data; performance improvement tools; change management; and the accreditation, certification and licensure process.
