ELEC 1110 - Lighting

This course covers lighting terminology and the principles of light and sight. It will cover incandescent, fluorescent, luminaires, and lamps. Luminaire installations and light distribution are covered as well as National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements for lighting and luminaires. This course is a component of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Electrical ACT Two-year Technical Program Experience Credit Rules.
