MAST 2701 - Clinical Procedures II 3 Credit(s) 1 credit lecture/2 credits lab
This course is designed to cover the fundamentals of drug administration, nutrition, emergency medicine, casting, and fracture care. Therapeutic modalities, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patient education will also be covered. This course will also demonstrate how to perform a 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG). Students will perform EKGs in a simulated lab along with reviewing the anatomy of the heart and circulatory system.
Course Prerequisite(s): None Course Corequisite(s): MAST 1602 , MAST 1701 , and ENGL 1107
